Welcome to the GW Alumni & Families Weekend (AFW) registration site!
Join alumni, families, students, and friends for a weekend that brings the GW community together. Campus will be bustling with plenty of chances to explore, connect, and make new memories. Whether you’re catching up with old friends, spending time with your student, or just soaking in the campus energy, there’s something for everyone.

Registration Instructions
STEP 1: Plan Ahead
Only one person per group should complete registration. Before you begin, review the full schedule of events and confirm with your guests which activities you plan to attend.
STEP 2: Find Your Name (or Enter Your Information)
When you begin registration, search for your name in the portal. If it appears, select it to continue. If it does not, or if it appears multiple times and you’re not sure which one is you, choose “I do not appear to be listed” and enter your information manually.
After registering yourself, add each guest in your party. Please include a valid email address for every guest so they receive their own confirmation and check‑in details. If a guest is affiliated with GW, their name may appear for selection.
STEP 3: Choose Your Registration Package
Select the registration package that best fits your relationship to GW. Packages are organized by audience, including alumni, families of current students, general attendees, reunion classes, and Golden Revolutionaries. Each package includes access to the events and celebrations designed for that group. Choose the option that aligns with how you plan to participate in Alumni & Families Weekend.
Please note: alumni who are also parents of current students should select "General Registration Package" to access events open to both groups.
STEP 4: Choose Your Events
Select the Alumni & Families Weekend events you and your guests will attend. If your group plans to attend the same events, you may copy the primary registrant’s selections to save time.
STEP 5: Review and Confirm
Carefully review your information, your guests, and your event selections. Make any edits before clicking Continue (you may navigate back to previous steps if needed).
Once confirmed, you and your guests will receive a confirmation email. To make changes later, use the personalized link included in your message. Confirmation emails will come from gwu@reunioniq.com with the subject line “GW Alumni & Families Weekend Confirmation.”
